    February 2008 - the Public Library Association and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation selected Richard O'Dor as one of ten consultants to help finalize their communication advocacy training strategies for the PLA’s Turning the Page project that will bring increased internet access to libraries.

    January 2008 - The North Carolina Biotechnology Center has established a partnership with Presentational Speaking LLC to provide communication training to developing biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

    December 2007 - Duke University's Office of News and Communication selected Richard O'Dor to coach the university's faculty and staff in media interviewing during Duke's annual media training event. This is a program Richard helped start prior to moving to the Middle East.
